Terms of Service
Last updated: JBHNTR — template version. These are a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review them before taking payment.
1. Who we are
JBHNTR ("we", "us") provides an automated job-matching service (the "Service"). Contact: [email protected].
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Your account
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: upload content you have no right to share; upload another person's CV or personal data without their consent; attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; use it for unlawful or discriminatory purposes; or resell output as an automated job-application service.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service — including sending relevant extracts to our AI sub-processors (see the Privacy Policy). We do not sell your data and do not use it to train third-party models.
Do not upload special-category data (health, religion, political opinions, trade-union membership, biometric or sexual-orientation data). A normal CV should not contain it.
6. The Service is informational — no guarantees
Job matches, scores and generated documents are produced automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Job listings come from third parties and may have expired or changed. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, or any particular result. Always verify a listing with the employer before applying or relying on it. You are responsible for reviewing any CV or cover letter we generate before you send it.
7. Free and paid plans
Free accounts include 3 searches, 2 tailored CVs and 1 cover letter. Paid plans are described on the pricing page and, where marked "unlimited", are subject to a fair-use limit of 3 searches per day to keep the service available to everyone. We may change prices with notice; changes never apply to a period you already paid for.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use a paid feature within that period you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or lost job offers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform.
13. Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
