Why there's no "accept cookies" pop-up
Under the EU ePrivacy Directive, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service the user asked for don't require consent. Ours only keeps you logged in, and our analytics (Plausible) sets no cookies and collects no personal data or IP addresses. So we show a short notice instead of a consent gate — there's nothing to consent to.
We also store one item in your browser's local storage (cookie-note-seen)
purely to stop that notice reappearing.
If we ever add advertising or profiling cookies, we'll ask for proper opt-in consent first.
