A shortlist, not a search box.
JBHNTR reads your CV, learns what you actually want, then goes through thousands of postings from 25+ boards and company career pages. You get ten or twenty roles worth your evening — each scored, each with the reasoning attached.
3 free searches. No card, no trial countdown.
A real shortlist, anonymised. Scores are the model's, not a marketing mock-up.
How it works
1. Give it your CV and five minutes
Drop in your CV, say where you'll work and what you're after in your own words. That's the whole setup. The more you tell it — a second CV, an old cover letter, what you don't want — the sharper everything downstream gets.
2. It reads the market while you do something else
One search pulls from 25+ sources — broad engines, niche remote boards, and companies' own career pages, where roles appear first. It filters to your locations, ranks by meaning rather than keywords, then scores the shortlist properly. Takes a minute or two.
3. Read twenty jobs instead of two hundred
Every role gets two scores — how well it fits what you want, and how well you fit what they asked for — plus a plain-English case for and against. Sorted into apply-now, strong, possible and long shots, so you know where to spend the evening.
Job alerts send you everything. This sends you three things worth reading.
- It matches on meaning. A role called "Backend Developer" still reaches you when you searched for "Software Engineer" — and one called "Product Manager" won't, if it's really a project management job.
- It reads the requirements too. Most tools tell you a job matches your search. This one also tells you where you fall short of it, before you spend an hour on the application.
- It watches career pages directly. Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and friends — where roles are posted days before they reach the aggregators, and sometimes never do.
- It gets better because you correct it. Thumbs-down a bad match, say why in a line, and the next run reflects it.
And when you find one, it writes the first draft.
One click on a role gives you a CV rewritten for that specific posting and a cover letter in your own register — because it learned it from the ones you wrote. Download, edit, send. It's a first draft, not a ghostwriter: read it before you send it.
